GIANT Engages at HEATT Annual Career Fair 2024
GIANT was proud to participate in the Wake Tech HEATT (Heavy Equipment and Transport Technology) Annual Career Fair, held on March 20th at the AHT Building on Wake Tech’s Main Campus from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
This initiative aimed to facilitate direct connections between the Diesel and Heavy Truck/Equipment Technicians undergoing academic training at WakeTech and the local companies in need of their professional expertise.
Our experience at the career fair was incredibly rewarding, providing us with a firsthand look at the exceptional quality of education provided by WakeTech to the youth of North Carolina. It was a pleasure to engage with the students and witness their preparedness for the workforce in our community.

Thanksgiving Celebration with TEAM GIANT!
On November 22nd, 2023, we came together at 509 Pylon Drive in Raleigh to celebrate Thanksgiving in true TEAM GIANT style! Led by “Tweety” and our dedicated team, we enjoyed a delightful feast complete with delicious turkeys and all the trimmings.
It was a heartwarming occasion as TEAM GIANT united to give thanks and celebrate our shared accomplishments. The spirit of gratitude filled the air as we reflected on our blessings and cherished the opportunity to come together as a team.

On Friday, October 27th, 2023, we embarked on an exciting corporate event at the Xtreme Park Adventures in Durham, NC. With the stunning October weather as our backdrop, we dove into thrilling team-building activities that brought us closer together.
After an exhilarating day of paintball, we gathered to share in gratitude for the beautiful time spent together and the blessings we’ve received. And what better way to top off the day than with a scrumptious pizza feast!

Fun at the NC State Fair with TEAM GIANT!
On October 13th, 2023, some members of TEAM GIANT had an amazing time at the NC State Fair! Our team fully immersed themselves in a day brimming with excitement and laughter.
Alongside enjoying the festivities, we also spread the joy by giving away tickets to our esteemed employees and their families. It served as a splendid opportunity for everyone to gather together and forge enduring memories.
From exhilarating rides to delectable treats and captivating entertainment, the fair offered a delightful experience suitable for individuals of all ages. It was an exceptional day dedicated to bringing families closer and spreading happiness.

On Thursday, September 21st, 2023, GIANT had the opportunity to participate in The NC State Engineering Career Fair, one of the largest career fairs in the country for engineering students.
The most recognized companies in the region attended this event and for the first time since 2004, we also had the opportunity to take part, which is something that gives us great satisfaction
and joy, knowing that it is the first of many recognized Career Fairs in which we will participate!
At Triangle Shooting Academy
TEAM GIANT’s best shooters won prizes!
On Friday, September 15th, 2023, teammates from different GIANT work groups were present at our first company event held out at the Triangle Shooting Academy.
The opportunity allowed us to strengthen our TEAM bond, spend quality time, and compete in TEAMS for attractive prizes before enjoying lunch together.
The best shooter of the day was our CEO, Tony Crabtree, and his winning team also included Sharon Hernandez and Elaine Noulis! Congratulations to the winners!
