Armando Hernandez Morales has been with our team since September 1st, 2015, and was promoted to Foreman overseeing our Rock Crushing machines in 2020.

His responsibilities include managing the crew operating the rock crushing machine, ensuring its correct operation, performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and coordinating repairs. Armando also collaborates with site managers and engineers to align crushing activities with project timelines and requirements. He ensures compliance with environmental regulations, implementing measures to minimize dust, noise, and other environmental impacts.

Armando has been a resident of the Raleigh area since 2005 and enjoys spending quality time with his family and barbecuing every weekend.
