Armando Hernandez Morales has been a dedicated member of the GIANT team since September 1, 2015, and was promoted to Foreman in 2020, overseeing rock crushing operations. In his role, Armando leads the crew responsible for operating the rock crushing machines, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate production in alignment with project requirements.
His responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and working closely with site managers and engineers to meet project timelines. Armando also ensures compliance with environmental standards, implementing measures to minimize dust, noise, and other impacts on surrounding areas.
A Raleigh-area resident since 2005, Armando enjoys spending quality time with his family and is known for his love of weekend barbecues.
