Carolina Cegarra joined the Giant Development Inc team in September 2021, assuming the role of HR Manager. In her capacity, she oversees various administrative functions related to time attendance, benefits, and the onboarding process.
With 19 years of experience in business administration, Carolina brings a wealth of expertise to her role. She holds certificates in Business Administration and Customer Service from Wake Technical Community College. Additionally, Carolina is a proud member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Originally from Venezuela, Carolina has called the Raleigh area home since 2014. She is a devoted wife and mother of two daughters, as well as a beloved dog named Obi. Outside of work, Carolina cherishes spending quality time with her family.
