Jackie Mendez joined GIANT on November 18, 2025, as Safety Manager. In this role, she is responsible for implementing, managing, and continuously improving the company’s safety program, ensuring consistent safety standards across all projects. Her focus on effective communication and leadership supports a proactive and dependable safety culture in the field.
Jackie brings prior leadership experience from a supervisory role, along with coursework completed at Wake Technical Community College. She is OSHA 30 and First Aid certified, reinforcing her commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement on job sites.
With a strong team-focused mindset, Jackie is dedicated to establishing and maintaining a gold-standard safety culture at GIANT. Outside of work, she enjoys building Lego creations and lives by the motto cool, calm, and collected.
