As a Financial Analyst, Jake is dedicated to evaluating our operational practices and enhancing our financial data collection methods. He collaborates closely with field management to implement process improvements, driving efficiency and precision across projects. His proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail make him an invaluable asset to Giant Development.

Jake is a proud graduate of East Carolina University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master’s in Kinesiology, with a focus on Sport and Exercise Psychology. He honed his dedication and discipline as a pitcher for the ECU baseball team from 2018 to 2022, experiences that shaped his strong work ethic and team-first mentality.

Since relocating to Raleigh in 2022, Jake has fully embraced the city’s vibrant opportunities, channeling his skills and collaborative spirit into his work at Giant.
