JJ Heaton has been the Purchase Order Manager at Giant Development since July 2024, serving as the primary contact for suppliers. Originally from the picturesque beaches of Ocean County, New Jersey, JJ has embraced North Carolina and the beauty of the Triangle, proudly considering himself a “Carolinian.” He began his academic journey as a PGA/PGM Golf Management student at N.C. State but later transferred to Western Carolina University, where he graduated with a degree in Innovation, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship. Outside of work, JJ enjoys practicing his golf swing, having turned down an athletic scholarship to play golf. He is also passionate about nutrition and physical fitness. In addition, JJ has dabbled in modeling and acting, appearing in catalogs and movies.
