Paco Dominguez joined GIANT on January 5, 2026, bringing 18 years of experience in construction and field technology. In his role as a GNSS Technician, Paco works with GPS rover systems to ensure GNSS equipment is operating accurately and reliably, supporting precise grading and site development activities.

Paco began his career as a grade checker and steadily advanced by learning and mastering GNSS systems, building a strong technical foundation in leveling and field measurements. His hands-on experience and adaptability allow him to work effectively across a wide range of site conditions and environments.

Originally from Veracruz, Mexico, Paco has lived in the Raleigh area for 28 years. Outside of work, he enjoys playing soccer and embraces the motto “Always look forward,” a reflection of his forward-thinking mindset and commitment to continuous growth.
