Todd Penny has been an integral part of our team since June 2024, expertly managing our camera truck operations. In his role, Todd utilizes advanced equipment to inspect underground utilities, identifying blockages, leaks, cracks, and other structural issues. He meticulously records video and captures images to document the condition of these systems, ensuring comprehensive reporting. Additionally, Todd is responsible for the routine maintenance and precise calibration of the camera equipment, maintaining its accuracy and reliability. A graduate of Cape Fear Community College, Todd has called Raleigh home since 1995. Outside of work, he enjoys cheering on NC State Football, engaging in various activities with his family, and spending time with his dog, Mia.
