Tommy Morgan became part of our team in September 2024, bringing with him more than 25 years of hands-on experience in site development and project management. As Project Manager, Tommy leads our crews with expertise and dedication, ensuring that every stage of development is executed seamlessly and efficiently. His extensive field knowledge, coupled with exceptional leadership skills, make him a cornerstone of our operations.

Tommy earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. A long-time resident of Raleigh since 1960, he’s deeply rooted in the community. Outside of his professional career, Tommy’s passion for music has been a defining aspect of his life. He previously played guitar and sang in bands, showcasing his love for Classic Rock from the ’60s, ’70s, and ’80s.
